Daniela and Isaac Shoulderblade

Daniela grew up in Vermont and first got involved with Chi Alpha as a student at Montana State University. After being involved as a student leader, she felt the call into ministry. Daniela is passionate about reaching students that don't yet know Christ, and seeing students transformed from lost, anxious, and depressed to hope-filled, faithful followers of Jesus that know their value and place within God's kingdom.

Isaac was born and raised in Montana and first heard of Chi Alpha when he was a high school student at summer camp. When he arrived at Montana State he sought out Chi Alpha and immediately found his group of friends. Isaac loves seeing students become passionately devoted, lifelong followers of Jesus and serving them in the same ways he was as a student.

Isaac and Daniela met as students and later got married in 2014. In 2015, after graduating, they moved to San Diego where they served on staff with Chi Alpha for 5 years. In 2020 they made their move to Vermont and have been serving Chi Alpha at UVM since. They have two children.

Lisa Marie Thibault

Lisa Marie has been involved with UVM Chi Alpha since 2018. Her primary role is working with student leaders of XAi, our outreach to international students. Her educational background is in Deaf Studies and Human Services. Her other areas of ministry include ministry to the deaf, immigrants, and refugees. She is an ordained minister and serves as the Northern New England District Director of Intercultural Ministries with the Assemblies of God. Lisa Marie loves being on campus at UVM, where her husband attended when they were first married. She and her husband have five children and live close to where they first met in high school.
